How to Order from Overseas Customers
In case overseas customers want to place an order, please refer to the instruction as follows.
Procedures
⦁ Step 1.
Select items and prepare an order list in the form.
1) Click the product to buy
2) Prepare the lists and fill out the form
⦁ Step 2.
Send an e-mail to iflyu2skyworld@gmail.com for placing an order and attach the list in the email.
⦁ Step 3.
Confirm the final list with total amount (USD) including the s/h costs.
⦁ Step 4.
Make a payment to civmagic@daum.net via Paypal.
⦁ Step 5.
Shipping the package within three (3) business days after receiving clear payment.

⦁ Shipping costs vary by destination and weight, so please contact us and confirm all conditions before making payment.
⦁ For buyer protection and safe delivery, we usually ship the package via EMS and provide the customer with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped

Payment
⦁ Paypal is available.
⦁ The total amount (net amount) shall be paid and any fees shall be covered by the Customer.
Taxes and duties
⦁ All import custom duties and taxes are not included in the prices and s/h costs, so they are solely Customer's responsibility and payable at destination.
Returns
⦁ Items can be returned/exchanged only if defective found or wrong product shipped.
⦁ After receiving the item, please contact us within seven (7) days.
⦁ Refund will be given to the Customer via Paypal.
⦁ Return shipping shall be paid by the Customer.
